How does the coffee subscription work?
Each month, we curate a selection of premium single-origin coffee from a new country. You choose your roast preference, grind type, and delivery frequency, and we ship it fresh to your door with tasting notes and brewing tips.
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes, we roast our beans to order in small batches. This ensures that you receive the freshest possible coffee, typically shipping within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your account. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription through your member portal with no hidden fees.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your subscription package.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various 'Ground' options tailored to your specific brewing method, such as drip, espresso, or French press.
