Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee beans; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every cup and will happily address any issues with your order.
Return Process

If you are unsatisfied with your coffee or received a damaged shipment, email our support team within 30 days of your delivery date.
- 2.Provide Order Details
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so our coffee experts can better understand your preferences and concerns.

Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement roast that better fits your palate or provide a credit to your account.
- 4.Gear Returns
For non-perishable brewing equipment, items must be returned in their original, unused packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
